New Year 2012

Well it's been a year since I last blog and I decided to start blogging again. Well the year 2011 has been a great year. I would like to thank God for the many blessings that He has given me. Last year to me, God was the God of possibilities. He not only open doors for me but also taught me plenty of things. I'll just share what I shared in church for Watchnight service. I can sum up God's blessings into FAITH.

F - For His love and mercies endures FOREVER. He is so ever faithful and His goodness is FOREVER. He has given me opportunities to go to Poland for a World Assembly and also to Philippines for a mission trip. He not only gave me the chance but also the money and time to go for these events. In the events, it really open my eyes a lot (mission field and what God is doing around the world).

A - APPRECIATE every small thing in life. During the year 2011, God has taught me to thank Him for every single thing that happens, the good and especially the bad. Even in bad times, there is still something to thank God for. After those struggles, it not only build your faith but also tend to look at life differently (looking through heaven's eyes).

I - Be IN DEPENDENT of God (note: not independent but in-dependent). Everything that we do, we should rely on His strength and not ours. Just by trusting and leaning in Him, He will surely take care of you. God has surely has taken good care of me throughout the year of 2011.

T - TIMING is everything. God's timing is always the best. Every prayer is answered but according to His timing. Sometimes we as human can be so impatient but He will come to it. He knows what's best for us.

H - Just be HAPPY. Help is on the way. God will surely guide our path. So just be contented with what you have and smile always. Laughter is always the best medicine. A smile can always make one's day. So just keep on smiling...hehe....

So that was the year 2011...So for 2012, I'm going to proclaim that God will be the God the SHEPHERD. This is because I'll be graduating this year and many things I'm unsure of especially the what's next part. So I'm just going to lift everything to Him. Let's start this year with a prayer...

“Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” 1 Chronicles 4:10

"So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10

The theme verse for this year for my life....HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
